Nice breakfast cafe menu, well prepared, big, hot and tasty (yes, breakfast, get your minds out of the gutter, boys…).
I was there with the latest Breakfast Club UYE and showed up before the others. While I was waiting out front, I got asked at least 5 times if I needed anything. Nice! Eventually, I went up to the bar to order while I continued to hang out. I was sorely tempted by huckleberry pancakes or a bacon scramble, or roast beef hash, or… well, you get the point, but I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak. As a Texas transplant, I had a bit of trepidation on ordering our national fried and meaty delicacy in a state more known for its veganity, localvoriness, sustainageekiness and putabirdonitude.
