Founded in 1996, The Dessert Tray started with a small wholesale line and one person. As their wholesale business grew, so did their desire to serve desserts to our neighbors in Beaverton. The Dessert Tray opened the doors of their retail space in 1999 with an open kitchen and an intimate dining area. Tucked into the curves of SW Broadway, they’re still being discovered by new customers. Their greatest joy is to meet a new friend who, upon finding our bakery for the first time, opens the door and inhales deeply. That rich scent of freshly baked goods is temptation itself.
