The Sandwich is known to be one of the most iconic lunch foods around, and Panera Bread brings this lunch time favorite justice. Their fresh breads, bakery products, soups and sandwiches are often voted the “best of” in the markets wherever they are located. Panera Bread Bakery-Café was founded by Louis Kane and Ron Shaich in 1981. Since then the company has been very prosperous, and is located all around the country. This Saturday my father and I headed out to one of the Panera Cafes located at 3435 Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard, Beaverton, Oregon.
